Convenient location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed.

Simply no complaints, REALLY GREAT stay. Fairly clean accommodation, supper friendly staff. Great location with free parking. And a 15-minute walk from St Paul's Church.

Very helpful and really helpful staff as I wanted. The location was comfy and absolutely perfect, in the best part of town, it's a plus. Plus, it was short walk to the sky train, Phoenix for one meeting, and sky harbor airport.

All the staff were caring, attentive.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the front counter personnel. They gave us google map printouts for our travel destination with restaurant recommendations. The glassed in shower and modern feel of the room was nice as well.

The only negative to me was the hardness of the bed. Of course, I'm accustomed to pillow tops....

Carpets were dirty in the general hallway areas on 2nd floor. I saw the cleaning people walk by a few pieces of paper that were laying on the floor several times and never picked it up.

The rainfall shower heads made my day. Also very nice lounge area. Gym had everything I needed to work up a sweat before my flight.

More like a college dorm.

No comfortable seating, only the two beds to sit on.

friendly well informed staff. Prompt service. Unique and contemproary design...wonderfull shower!

I did note that some one had smoked in the room prior to my arrival, an attempt had been made to remove the smell from the room .

Fast airport shuttle and friendly staff, but bar area was small and limited.

How European and chic it felt- loved the design.

The design of the hotel made it feel very hip. Magazines in the room were a nice touch. Very conveniently located to public transit, a convenience store, and a Ruby Tuesday'S.

Nothing was technically wrong with the hotel, but it's just not worth staying there for the price. The amenities aren't any better than the average motel. There's no room service, restaurant, or even a book in the room suggesting local restaurants or attractions. The pool is small and adjacent to the parking lot. There was no ice machine on my floor. I stayed at the Hilton Phoenix Airport several weeks prior, and was amazed with how much more they offered for significantly less money.
